Julia Hagan and Robin Wright, both experienced family law attorneys and shareholders at Gevurtz Menashe, will be presenting a variety of topics that guide attendees through the life of a family law case from the initial consultation with a client, children’s issues, spousal support, and property division to mediating the case, obtaining a judgment, and closing the matter. There will be a session focusing on the Rules of Civil Procedure, Uniform Trial Court Rules and Applicable Supplemental Local Rules specific to family law. Attendance at each session is strongly encouraged so that attendees can obtain the full benefit of this comprehensive introduction to the practice of family law.
The Family Law Mentor Group primarily focuses on educating those lawyers who are new to family law practice and providing a forum for attendees to network with other lawyers interested in practicing family law.
