The form below is for the sole use by current chairs of OWLS local chapters and OWLS committees. For the 2025 calendar year, this form will be the same for every reporting cycle. Reporting due dates are the last Monday of the month. Please contact OWLS staff with any questions, or staff support requests that fall between reporting cycles.
2026 OWLS Chapter & Committee Report Form
Reports are due on the last Monday of the month, except in May & December when alternate dates are posted due to a federal holiday or OWLS Office closure.
2026 Quarter 1 Due Dates:
January 27, 5pm – Reporting from December 22 – January 26
February 23, 5pm – Reporting from January 27 – February 22
March 30, 5pm – Reporting from February 23 – March 29
2026 Quarter 2 Due Dates:
April 27, 5pm – Reporting from March 30 – April 26
May 26, 5pm – Reporting from April 27 – May 25 **last Tuesday instead of Monday
June 29, 5pm – Reporting from May 26 – June 28
2026 Quarter 3 Due Dates:
July 27, 5pm – Reporting from June 29 – July 26
August 31, 5pm – Reporting from July 27 – August 30
September 28, 5pm – Reporting from August 31 – September 27
2026 Quarter 4 Due Dates:
October 26, 5pm – Reporting from September 28 – October 25
November 30, 5pm – Reporting from October 26 – November 29
December 21, 5pm – Reporting from November 30 – December 20 **3rd Monday instead of last Monday
