Level Up: Leadership Mentoring Circles — a new OWLS program empowering midcareer attorneys to lead with confidence, expand their influence, and build powerful networks.
Level Up kicks off on Thursday, October 8th, 5 – 7 pm at Markowitz Herbold in Portland, featuring a meet and greet reception with mentors and 1-hour presentation by Sonya Sigler on Power, Perspective & Leadership. This will be a hybrid event so that mentors and mentees across the state may participate.
OWLS will form mentor/mentee cohorts led by accomplished leaders from Oregon’s legal community. Cohorts will meet twice between mid-October and mid-November, with circles offered in-person or virtually, depending on interest and location. Alumni events will follow after the conclusion of the fall series.
Through peer dialogue and mentorship, participants will deepen their leadership capacity, and build:
