Named after Rebecca J. Bloom, a prominent eastern Oregon and Washington attorney, the Rebecca J. Bloom Chapter of Oregon Women Lawyers hosts informal monthly meetings in addition to CLE screenings and networking events in Umatilla and Morrow Counties.
