Terri Wiley, Executive Director
Terri Wiley, MPA, joined OWLS as the new executive director in April 2025. Terri’s experience includes more than 25 years in nonprofit service and leadership, including extensive work to promote equity in professional fields. She has dedicated her career and volunteer time to mission-driven work, taking on management, marketing, strategic planning, and more.
Erika Kelly, Program Coordinator
Erika (they/them) joined the OWLS staff in 2023. Erika was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. They transplanted to the West Coast after completing their BSW at Wheelock College in Boston. Prior to joining OWLS, Erika has been managing business operations and volunteering on nonprofit boards in Portland for over a decade. Outside of work, Erika enjoys building large-scale community art projects, participating in ICS exercises, & competing in triathlon races.

OWLS is hiring for the role of Program & Membership Coordinator.
The Program & Membership Coordinator provides administrative, program, and member support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, members, and volunteers of OWLS. The role ensures the smooth operation of organizational programs, membership services, events, and communications.
Key responsibilities include office administration, basic bookkeeping, statewide membership support and renewals, database management, coordinating and writing the monthly electronic newsletter, supporting committees and events, event promotion and registration, listserv management, website and social media maintenance, document proofreading, and other duties as assigned.
