Terri Wiley, Executive Director
Terri Wiley, MPA, joined OWLS as the new executive director in April 2025. Terri’s experience includes more than 25 years in nonprofit service and leadership, including extensive work to promote equity in professional fields. She has dedicated her career and volunteer time to mission-driven work, taking on management, marketing, strategic planning, and more.
Jo Salicos, Program & Membership Coordinator
Jo Salicos (she/her) joined the OWLS staff as Program and Membership Coordinator in January 2026. A longtime resident of the Portland area, she received her BA in Music from Portland State before shifting focus to her growing family. For over ten years, Jo has been immersed in nonprofits centered on building community and championing their membership through resources, advocacy, and networking. When not at work or volunteering, Jo can be found with her family, in a book, at the marimba, or on adventure with her ‘paw-fice’ assistant, Harley.
