Oregon Women Lawyers and Gevurtz Menashe Larson & Howe, PC are proud to co-sponsor the 2016-2017 Family Law Mentoring Circle. This is an 8-session substantive program designed to help the new lawyer entering a practice in family law AND the experienced lawyer looking to make a practice area change into family law both succeed.
DESCRIPTION
Throughout the 8 sessions, Julia Hagan, Robin Wright and Tiffany Jensen, all experienced family law attorneys at Gevurtz Menashe, will be presenting a variety of topics that guide attendees through the life of a family law case from the initial consultation with a client, children’s issues, spousal support, and property division to mediating the case, obtaining a judgment, and closing the matter. Attendance at each session is strongly encouraged so that attendees can obtain the full benefit of this comprehensive introduction to the practice of family law.
