Five generations now work side by side, each shaped by different social, economic, and cultural events, with different expectations of work. Linda Favero, MS and Renee Heath, PhD will address the stereotypes and conflicts surrounding the generations. They will also explore the impact of changing structures and technologies in the workplace and on women lawyers’ attempts to balance work and life.
During an interactive session, they will provide attendees with new frames for thinking about intergenerational conflict. During the third hour, panelists representing the generations will join the speakers for a practical conversation about how we can use our greater understanding of each other to improve intergenerational collaboration in our profession.
