Portland, Ore. — January 20, 2016 — Fisher & Phillips LLP announces the addition of Anne Milligan as an associate attorney in its Portland office. Milligan’s practice includes all aspects of employment law and labor relations, providing advice and counsel to employers and businesses. She has represented clients in private, federal and EEOC mediations, in state and municipal courts, and before the Bureau of Labor and Industries.
“Anne’s employment litigation experience complements the legal services we offer our clients,” said Mitch Baker, regional managing partner of Fisher & Phillips in Portland. “She will continue to counsel employers in areas such as employment discrimination, discipline and discharge, and wage and hour litigation.”
Prior to joining the firm, Milligan was an associate at Gordon & Rees in Portland and previously a minority shareholder at a firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Arkansas and Washington.
