PORTLAND, Ore. – April 2, 2015 – Portland law firm Bodyfelt Mount LLP announced today that Wendy M. Kent has become a partner with the firm. The addition of Kent bolsters Bodyfelt Mount’s offerings for its employment, professional services and insurance clients.
Kent brings more than 25 years of trial experience handling civil claims in Oregon, Utah and Washington. She has successfully defended claims alleging employment discrimination, wrongful termination, professional malpractice, construction site injuries, premises liability and product liability. She also has defended numerous personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of automobile and trucking accidents.
For nearly a decade, Kent served as the managing attorney and lead trial attorney for Zurich North America Insurance Company in Portland.

Kent volunteers as a High School Mock Trial Competition judge and coach. She is a former board member for The Portland Kitchen, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive culinary after-school program for high school youth. Kent earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Environmental Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
