This interactive training will improve participants ability to listen with empathy and skillfully work with difficult messages. This practical and valuable training will be presented by Jill Long and Teresa Jacobs from Glassman Consulting, and Heather Van Meter from Miller Nash. Training benefits those planning or facilitating events for lawyers and includes discussion of ORPC 8.4(a)(7) and the OWLS Event Code of Conduct. CLE credit pending.
