The program reviewed recent key research on sexism in performance evaluations (PE) and discussed how PEs can affect career trajectories. Panelists also suggested strategies for responding to unconstructive or sexist evaluations, and reviewed best practices for administering fairer and more useful PEs. This program has been approved for one Oregon Access to Justice credit.
