The form below is for the sole use by current chairs of OWLS local chapters and OWLS committees. For the 2025 calendar year, this form will be the same for every reporting cycle. Reporting due dates are the last Monday of the month. Please contact OWLS staff with any questions, or staff support requests that fall between reporting cycles.
2025 OWLS Chapter & Committee Report Form
Reports are due on the last Monday of the month, except in May & December when alternate dates are posted due to a federal holiday or OWLS Office closure.
2025 Quarter 1 Due Dates:
February 24, 5pm – Reporting from January 22 – February 23
March 31, 5pm – Reporting from February 24 – March 30
2024 Quarter 2 Due Dates:
April 28, 5pm – Reporting from March 31 – April 27
May 27, 5pm – Reporting from April 28 – May 26 **last Tuesday instead of Monday
June 30, 5pm – Reporting from May 27 – June 29
2024 Quarter 3 Due Dates:
July 28, 5pm – Reporting from June 30 – July 27
August 25, 5pm – Reporting from July 28 – August 24
September 29, 5pm – Reporting from August 25 – September 28
2024 Quarter 4 Due Dates:
October 27, 5pm – Reporting from September 29 – October 26
November 24, 5pm – Reporting from October 27 – November 23
December 22, 5pm – Reporting from November 25 – December 21 **4th Monday instead of last Monday
