Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud”. It is a common phenomenon affecting lawyers and other high achievers, the OWLS Leadership committee encourages all to attend and to develop insights and strategies to identify and manage Imposter Syndrome.
