The Oregon Women Lawyers Judicial Workgroup is pleased to present Road to the Bench at noon at the Federal Courthouse Jury Assembly Room, 1000 SW Third Avenue, Portland. This will be a one-hour brown-bag lunch meeting, with information about US magistrate and Article III judgeships as well as state court appointments. Updated 2014 Road to the Bench written materials will be available.
This presentation is intended to help those thinking of applying for current or near-future appointments as well as for law students or lawyers thinking of a judicial appointment for themselves or colleagues “some day.” This is not a CLE program, and no “roll” will be taken.
