The OWLS Membership Committee and the OSB Appellate Practice Section welcome Oregon Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Duncan and Oregon Court of Appeals Judge Robyn Aoyagi for a presentation on preserving issues for appellate review. Justice Duncan and Judge Aoyagi will cover basic preservation concepts and rules, as well as provide tips on common preservation problems with introductions by Erin Dawson of Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP.
