Join OWLS for another in a series of free noontime phone-in CLE programs. This time our speaker will be Steve Wax, who recently concluded 31 years of service as a federal public defender. In the fall, he will be joining Oregon’s new Innocence Project. His topic will be Wrongful Convictions and Access to Justice.

OWLS June 24 Phone-In CLE materials
On Tuesday, June 24, at noon PDT, call 712.775.7000, participant code 990709#. This is “freeconferencecall.com.” Note that if you don’t have free minutes on your phone plan, it will be a toll call. Even though you will be asked to announce yourself, don’t. Make sure you mute your phone by entering *6. Towards the end of the hour, there will be a brief question and answer period, during which you may unmute your phone to ask a question.
After you have listened to the entire call, e-mail Diane at the OWLS office to report your participation. Please include your full name and OSB number. Application will be made for one hour of Oregon MCLE Access to Justice credit.
There is no charge for this CLE, but it is intended as a member benefit. If you are not a member and would like to attend, please join.
