Anne Milligan: Anne is a Senior Deputy City Attorney, City of Portland. Anne is an employment litigator and advisor, and the co-drafter of Portland’s landmark paid chosen family bereavement and pregnancy loss leave policy, enacted in 2021. She is the 2020 past-president of Queen’s Bench, OWLS’ Multnomah County chapter.
Molly Honoré: Molly is a Shareholder at Markowitz Herbold PC. Molly is adept at managing litigation in state and federal court. She routinely advises and represents clients in commercial disputes, including shareholder and contract matters, business tort claims, products liability, professional negligence, and real estate litigation. Molly’s clients appreciate her direct involvement and straightforward communication at every stage of their representation whether developing case themes, deciding how to structure an argument, or strategizing during negotiations. Her style is well matched to litigation involving closely-held businesses, the focus of Molly’s practice.
Elisa Dozono: As CLEAResult’s senior corporate counsel, Dozono manages all litigation and employment issues for one of the largest providers of energy solutions in North America. Previously, she was a litigation and government relations partner at premiere business law firm Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, LLP, representing clients in commercial disputes from intellectual property to securities fraud and non-profit governance. She was recognized multiple times by her peers as a Top 25 Women Oregon Super Lawyers business litigator. Dozono has served as a member of several federal and state judicial screening committees. Of the several non-profits whose boards she has served on, Dozono is most proud of her role co-founding Emerge Oregon which recruits and trains Democratic women to run for office, and the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Dozono currently serves as the NW Regional Governor for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, chairs the governance committee for the the board of Oregon Public Broadcasting and sits by appointment of the Oregon Supreme Court as a pro tem judge in Washington County.
