Few things have disrupted the judiciary in such a widespread manner as the current pandemic of COVID-19. Multnomah County Circuit Court, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and Oregon Supreme Court Justice Martha Walters have issued different orders and supplemental directives on the ongoing operation of the courts in light of this unprecedented development.
