Ms. Raghu will address these questions: What is the pay gap? What do we mean by pay equity? What is happening nationwide to address the pay gap? What can we do? What are best practices and policies for employers?
PANEL SESSION
Anne Milligan, Deputy City Attorney, City of Portland, and Laura Salerno Owens, Shareholder and Firm President, Markowitz Herbold, will bring the focus to Oregon, discussing what is different from federal law. Attendees will break into small groups to engage discussion of several topics, including systemic change in the workplace, raising questions of pay equity, and real-world compliance.
