Join OWLS for a discussion with Dr. Tanya Hudson, a Portland-area naturopath with a focus in natural approaches to treating anxiety.
Dr. Hudson will share simple and accessible solutions to help you feel calmer, happier, and more grounded in these uncertain times. She will also discuss key foods to promote wellness. 1.0 Mental Health Credit pending.
Tanya Hudson, ND, is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Portland, Oregon.
For 14 years, she has specialized in the natural treatment of anxiety and ADHD in all ages, while addressing a myriad of other conditions, such as hormone imbalances, weight gain, GI disturbances, and sleep disorders.
By forging a partnership with her patients, she can identify food allergies, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and habits which can act as roadblocks to wellbeing.
