The 2014 Roberts-Deiz Awards Dinner will be Friday, March 14, 2014, at The Nines Hotel in Portland. A social with no-host bar with time for networking and a silent auction benefiting the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation will precede the dinner, which begins at 7:00 pm. If you cannot attend the dinner, please let us know, and we will reassign your seat to a law student on the waiting list.
The 22nd Justice Betty Roberts and Judge Mercedes Deiz awards recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of individuals in promoting women and minorities in the legal profession and community in Oregon.
The recipient of the 2014 Judge Mercedes Deiz Award is Lissa Kaufman, Director of Student Legal Services at Portland State University. The 2014 Justice Betty Roberts Award will be presented to Judge Elizabeth Perris of the US Bankruptcy Court.
