On Monday, December 8, 2014, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Mary Leonard Law Society (MLLS) will present an Elder Abuse Reporting CLE. Amber Hollister, Deputy General Counsel to the Oregon State Bar, Ellen Klem, Oregon Department of Justice, and a local attorney specializing in elder law will present a 1 hour CLE which qualifies for the new Elder Abuse Reporting CLE requirement, and can be reported in 2015 when the requirement takes effect. The program will be held at the Oregon State Library, located at 250 Winter Street NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. MLLS will provide light refreshments.
MLLS lunchtime CLE programs are $15 for OWLS members; $20 for non-OWLS members; $10 for Judicial Clerks; and free to students and to those not seeking CLE credit. 1.0 CLE credit pending.
