Hong Dao, OSB PLF Practice Management Advisor, will use five different scenarios to lead a discussion of various issues related to contract lawyering, including PLF coverage, limitation of work, office systems, and the different permutations of this contractual relationship that contract lawyers should be aware of.

Receiving credit: All are welcome to listen to the programming, however, attorneys seeking CLE credit must follow these instructions. After you have listened to the entire program, please email Cassondra with your name and full six-digit OSB number so that we may submit a record of your attendance to the Oregon State Bar MCLE Department. Non-members are asked to submit a $10 even fee for group credit. Should you wish to join the group and have access to the many free CLEs, separate listserv, and other events throughout the year, join the freelance lawyers group here. Credit for this event will be included with your group membership for OWLS who join within five days of the CLE.
