9:05 to 10:05: Meredith Holley, Freedom Resource Center, Practical reality and how to recognize possible harassment/abuse of or your client.
10:10 to 11:10: Rachel Edwards, Professional Liability Fund, Ms. Edwards provides practice management assistance to Oregon attorneys to reduce their risk of malpractice claims and enhance their enjoyment of practicing law. Her assistance is free and confidential.
11:15 to 12:15: Amber Hollister, General Counsel, Oregon State Bar, Professional Rules of Conduct
