Cascade Women Lawyers is co-sponsoring the DCBA and the OSB Diversity Section Engage To Change 3 hour CLE titled ‘Anti-Racism: Edges of Learning.’ The program will introduce concepts of racism, expand our understanding, and provide us with tools to begin discussing how we can make Deschutes County and the Bar more equitable. Our guides in this will be Engage to Change founded by Oregon State Bar members Rakeem Washington (he/him/his) and Kasia Rutledge (she/her/hers). The CLE will be held on Friday, April 28, from 1-4pm in the Barnes and Sawyer Rooms at the Deschutes County Services Building, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR 97703 (note the address correction). The CLE will qualify for 3 hours of Access to Justice credit and is free to all members with a reception to follow. Please email DCBA ([email protected]) to register.
