Many members of our legal community find this time to be incredibly challenging, stressful, and bordering on unmanageable some days. For those of us parenting, the events of 2020 are creating challenges we never anticipated.
Please join us as we discuss strategies to help children and teens with the struggles of the pandemic and look at resources for parents to attend to their own coping skills.
OAAP Attorney Counselor, Kyra Hazilla, JD, LCSW, will be facilitating a multi-part series called “Finding Peace During the Pandemic”. Part 2 “Parenting in the Time of COVID” will be co-facilitated with Caty Buckley, MSW, LCSW a parenting educator, therapist, and school counselor.
Lawyers who attend this one-hour presentation will:

- Learn strategies for parenting in times of stress.
- Learn about resilience and resources and how we can make the best use of both during this challenging time.
